This is an interchapter conference call to discuss important issues affecting chapters, focusing in particular on risk management.

The call will last only 20-40 minutes and will start as close to on-time as possible. To call in to the meeting, please dial 857-232-0476 and use participant code 522-682.

The key topic for this month will be risk management.  No, I don’t mean boring technical stuff like risk matrices or calculating schedule risk.  I mean digging down into the bad and even horrifying stuff that can happen to your travel teams and chapter and how to plan for it effectively.

The talk about risk management will be an open discussion, not just a static presentation. I encourage you to prepare by thinking of a few incidents or major problems your chapter has faced that you can discuss.
Although risk management is the key topic of discussion, you’re encouraged to bring other questions you want input from other chapters on.

As a reminder, these meetings are open to any EWB leaders in Arizona who would be interested in the key topic or have questions for other chapters.  Presidents and vice presidents are strongly encouraged to join.  You may want to announce this at officer meetings in case leaders missed this email.
